MBA | Deos
Emerging Artist Program
Train. Perform. Connect. Become.
About the Program
The MBA | Deos Emerging Artist Program is designed to create a purposeful bridge between intensive dance education and the professional dance environment.
The program recognizes that becoming a professional dancer requires more than technical proficiency. Emerging artists must learn how to rehearse, collaborate, perform, adapt to different choreographic voices, conduct themselves professionally, and navigate the transition from student to working artist.
The MBA | Deos Emerging Artist Program will provide students with progressive opportunities to develop these skills with the professional dancers of Deos Contemporary Ballet while remaining grounded in the training environment of Michigan Ballet Academy.
Dancers in the ensemble will have the opportunity to perform with Deos Contemporary Ballet in their upcoming performance of “Giselle", running November 13th - 15th at Union High School Performing Arts Center.
