All forms and initial deposit or payment are due at time of registration. The tuition rates and program descriptions can be found on the Class Schedule and Tuition page. Choose your payment option – year, semester or month. The monthly payment option requires a contract for nine payments which must be made with a recurring charge to your credit/debit card. The first month’s tuition will be charged at the time of enrollment, with the subsequent monthly payments occurring the 15th of the month, beginning in September and ending in April.
Pre-paid Tuition will be refunded or a monthly payment contract rescinded only for a long-term medical condition that forces the student to withdraw from the program. This medical condition must be documented by a physician. Refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of weeks the student is unable to participate.
Scholarships are applicable only for students committing to the entire academic year program. To maintain eligibility, students are expected to participate in all classes and rehearsals, unless ill or injured. If a student is unable to meet the scholarship commitment due to a documented medical condition, the scholarship may be reinstated if the student re-enrolls later in that same school year. Scholarships may be rescinded by the Artistic Director or the Board of Directors if a student is not able to meet the scholarship expectations.
